We had a family premium account but my mom changed her credit card

We had a family premium account but my mom changed her credit card

So now it cut us out completly how can I just change the card and have everything back without subscribing one more time

Hey,

There is no need to sign up again, you just need to change your official payment method:

  1. Access your account page.
  2. Go to Manage your plan and click Update next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method.
