What happens to the other members in family plan?

I just registered for the family plan. My sister has an account too and she just paid the 9.99 and mine will renew in 3 days with the higher amount...that means not only am I getting charged 4.99 more because of three days...my sister also got charged 9.99 so that's like an extra months worth of payment...will that be adjusted?

When your sister joins the Premium for Family plan, her current subscription will be paused so she won't be charged again. In case the plan is cancelled, her Premium will just continue where she left of, instead of her account going back to Free.

If your sister is being charged on top of your Premium for Family plan payment, it'd be best for our Support team to take a look into this issue. You can give them a shout via Twitter or Facebook. They'll get back to you as soon as possible
