When I join the premium family, why does it say 'there was a problem'?

When I join the premium family, why does it say 'there was a problem'?

I have the correct address however, it doesn't let me join the premium family and it comes up with the message 'There was a problem. Please try again later'. The options given are 'try again' and 'help'. I have tried everything.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you're having issues accepting your Premium Family invite, we'd suggest trying again in 24 hours using a different device and a different internet connection.

 

If that doesn't help, please get back to us so we can investigate further.
