My Question or Issue

My Premium for Family account was working fine until the day of new payment when all of the members has been disconnected from the plan. Why has that happened? Now to make any changes I have to wait another month because I can't add them again - the invitations are not working. Please help. I don't want to be charged for Family Plan just for myself!!

Unfortunately i have the same issues,i was a Spotify premium family member until a few minutes ago and now all of my saved songs and playlists are gone...

Need answers please!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out.


If someone invited to a Premium Family plan doesn't live at the plan manager’s address or otherwise doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, they might lose access to Premium Family and their account will switch to the free version of Spotify.


We send out emails, so that users can confirm their address and remain a part of the plan. If a user was removed from the plan they could rejoin again if they able to confirm their address on the new invitation that the Family plan manager can send them.
