Why cant I edit my members in Family premium?

Why cant I edit my members in Family premium?

I want to change members - one out and one in but I can't. Why is that? It says try again later, something went off

Thanks for reaching out!
 

Does the error appear when you're trying to remove a member or when adding another?
Note that the account you're trying to invite needs to be on the free tier of the app in order for them to be able to accept the invite. In addition to this, keep in mind that any account that's been a part of a Family/ Duo plan can change plans only once every 12 months. If this is the second change within a year for the account you're trying to add, they won't be able to join.
