Wrong billig date

Wrong billig date

On 4/22/18 I started a subscription for myself, later that day I upgraded to family. Now you bill me on the 11th of the month. Why? There’s a reason why I want to be billed on the 22nd of each month! I’m sure I’m not the only one. I have a couple of more months on the old price before it raises, does that go out if I cancel my subscription now?

Hey @inak. thanks for writing!

 

According to what you're letting us know, the amount that you originally paid for your individual Premium subscription is now covering a fraction of the full Premium for Family month (keep in mind that the rate for this plan is higher), which means that your renewal date was brought forward a couple of days. But don't worry, you'll be charged for the full Premium for Family rate on that date, and on that day of each month from then on.
