Hi,

 

I am not able to join my husbands family plan. I always get the message: You're unable to join this Family plan.

 

Yet, to test if this works with someone else he invited a friend of his and he was able to join. It is pretty ridiculous if family members can't join a family plan while other people are...

Spotity 4/23 because can not identify my account, deleted my family share Premium account.

And down grade my account to free account.

And I log in my account later, I found my personal data forget to input ZIP code.

Now I have already fix my personal file include ZIP code.

Please re-instate my account to family share Premium account.
