Superuser Contribution Removing Family members

I am unable to remove family members. I have tried the Go to account page, scroll down to Edit family members but THAT DOES NOT EXIST. I dont have an option to remove people.

Country is not changed

I requested to change a country and waited until the next billing cycle for it to apply. It is still in my old country.This prevents me to invite my house members to the premium family plan
