I can't access explicit content even though my account has it allowed

Number of plan members incorrect

In the number of counted accounts is shown 4/6 accounts being used. 2 of them am I. I am counted as "plan manager" as well as "plan member". I don´t understand why I am counted twice with the same login-data.
