Only able to use one device in Family Premium account

I recently upgraded to the Family plan but when my wife (who received the invite and joined up) tried to use it on her iphone it said there was alrerady a device using Spotify (I was using it). Any ideas?

Solved!! Change the account: from member to owner in a new one

Solved!!Superuser Contribution Two users cannot play at once on family plan

I have the Premium Family plan but for some reason me and my sister cannot listen to our own music at the same time. What can I do? Everytime she's listening to her music, it takes over my music and plays on my device & vice versa.
