No aparece el nombre de usuario en plan familiar

Necesito eliminar un usuario de mi plan pero no es posible indentificarlo, de los 5 actualmente activos solamente uno aparece con el nombre de usuario y no es el que deseo eliminar, los demas nada mas aparecen con el status "Activo"

Mando o convite para o email do meu pai, já tem mais de 12h e o convite não chegou no email dele, já olhei caixa de spam e tudo. O convite simplesmente não chega!
