cannot include family member in plan

cannot include family member in plan

I have the premium family subscription.  I have sent an invite to my daughter MANY times now, and she is automatically being sent to MY original account.  We have made sure that neither of us are logged in under my account at the time, but still unable join.  When she 'accepts the invite' it takes her to the login page for my account.

Hey @craig33wilson, welcome to the Community!

 

When she gets directed to the log in page, she'll need to log into her own account to accept the invite.

 

If she hasn't made an account yet, she can make one here.

Thanks, SergioDavid, but we are still unable to create her own account.  When she accepts the invite via her email, it takes her directly to my log in page.  We tried clicking the 'do not have an account' option, but when she tries to create one she is unable to do so.  She hits the 'not a robot' button, and when hits the 'sign up' button it just goes back to a blank robot box.  We have tried disabling blockers, used multiple computers, and nothing seems to work.

Need more help!!
