I am a subscriber to Spotify Premium family and I have had problems with the form of payment since I joined this plan. Almost every month Spotify asks me to change the card. This time I changed the card once again, which is not practical for a customer, and confirmed that the card was accepted. Yesterday, my account was canceled. Even with all the emails you send, you have this defect in the form of payment. They canceled my Premium account and I do not feel like going back to Spotify.
