didn't get an email to activate spotify premium in the family plan

didn't get an email to activate spotify premium in the family plan

when the owner of the account sent me an email to activate spotify premium i never got the email and i logged in and out a bunch of times and tried to send the email a bunch of times

I'm having the same prolblem. Changed my account to Premium for Family, but none of my invites have been delivered. Can someone from @Spotify see if this is a larger systemic problem? Are you not allowed to invite people who already had Spotify accounts (free)?

 

I also live at a different place than my billing address. Wasn't a problem for premium, but am wondering if thats a problem for a geo-specific promotion...

 

Anything would be helpful here.
