family account: invitation is not sent

family account: invitation is not sent

Hello, I have upgraded my account to family - i added my family members and sent invitiation - (it says "invitation sent") - but there is no inviation coming, no email received, nothing... anything wrong here? do i need to wait until the next payment period will start and family account gets activated?

Hey @sunsetsunrise,

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.

unfortunately same thing with another browser - no email invitaion arrived...

any other hint?

Can you please try inviting them using an incognito window?

 

If that doesn't work, make sure you're inputting the right email address and that it's all in lowercase.

I can't even access the invite.  When I click on the "Premium for Family" item on the left hand side the page that loads is completely blank.  I have tried different browsers on different OS's and the incognito window as well.  All had the same issue, a blank page.
