family account no email addresses

Dear all,

i just have upgraded from premium to family account. How can i invite family members w/o own email address? They have smart phone but no email.

Hey @DieterW,

Unfortunately, there's no way to invite someone to your family plan if the person doesn't have their own email address.

Also, please remember that anyone can join a Premium for Family plan, as long as everyone on the plan:

• Resides at the same address.
• Meets the minimum age and all other requirements in Spotify's Terms and Conditions.
• Has their own email address.

Sorry, but then I guess, I need more info.

In Premium, 3 more devices could have access.

E.g. my daughter just downloaded the app on her mobile phone, entered our account and could use spotify.

How does this work w/ family acc.?

How can she get access?

Moreover, I have Ipad and Iphone, can I use our family acc. at both devices?

Get access to what? To Premium features? All she has to do is accept the invite with her own Spotify account and then log into the mobile app using that account 🙂

Sure you can. Like I said, all members of a Premium for Family plan have to use their own account and each member is allowed to have 3 devices with offline music. It's like a regular Premium account, but with the ability to invite other users to the plan.
