family plan turned back to free account

I was recently added to a family plan but today when I opened spotify on my ipad I heard ads. Now when I log into spotify on my computer it says I'm back to a free account. What happened?

It sounds like you weren't able to verify your physical address, which is why you were removed. You'll need to ask the owner of the plan to reinvite you.

If you have any trouble accepting the plan, try using an incognito window to see if it helps.
