i can't add in the Family Premium that i use to be

i can't add in the Family Premium that i use to be

i've add in a Family Premium, and i have listened to the music for a month but one day i can't listem anymore. And the owener of my Family Premium have sent me a request again to add in the family. But after i type in all the data, the system gave the feedback for "not OK to add in the Family Premium".

May i know what should I do to add back to the family?

Attachment is the error picture it just say that i can joining the family..., and the page just turn to the one that asking for key in the add information...
