i have been charged twice

i have been charged twice

two months ago i upgraded my premium spotify to premium family, and for the last two months have been charged twice. Can i get this sorted? I tried to check if i had another account, which i did. However that was an old spotofy free acount. Can i get this changed and refunded?

spotify normally doesnt charge, twice unless you paid for an individual account, or a family account, that will be the only way you will be charged twice. But i would suggest using a prepaid debit card. And add only what you need so they can pull from it only once & not twice hope this helps.
