i upgraded to family premium

i upgraded to family premium

i sent the invites to the family members but when they accept, it doesnt upgrade them to the family plan, because only one device can play online music at a time. i dont understand why it wont accept the invitations. clicking on the invitation just sends me to a page to manage my subscription or to add or remove family member and resend me to resend an invitation so im going around in circles.

Hey @anitavince,

 

I'd recommend telling your family members to only click on the invitation link when they're actually logged into their own account.
