join family after new app installation

Hi there,

please tell me how to rejoin as a family member after smartphone reset and fresh installation. Which credentials are needed? How not to lose playlists etc of this member account? I couldn't find a hint in the app nor on the Spotify account website.

You can rejoin a Premium Family as a member by contacting the plan manager and asking them to send you an invite after logging in to their Family page. Check out this help article for more tips on how to join a family plan after getting the invite. 

We also recommend taking a look at this Spotify Answer on how exactly Premium Family works. 

Tip: If you already have Premium with a partner (e.g your phone or internet provider), you first need to cancel with them and wait for your current Premium to end.
