kicked off family but have same address

I recieved an email saying i should verify within 7 days or i would be taken off the family plan, somehow after only four days i was already removed and the verify link only takes me to the main family plan web page. What do i do? 

(live together and wrote the same adress)

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your subscription. Do you have any trouble joining the plan if the owner of the plan sends you another invite?

 i have the same issue, my siblings cannot join again with my account as the owner of family subscription. he has verified the account when he receives verification email. how about this? pls check. thanks for your attention

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to accept the invite.

Also, make sure your siblings are logged in to their own accounts here before accepting the invite.
