Hello,

I’ve checked my spam folder and nothing so far, i don’t know if the email won’t come at all or if it’ll just take a bit longer. I haven’t been able to check my plan change history because when i go to my account settings i can’t find an option for that.

Have you checked any other filtered folders to see if the email landed there? If the issue persists, check if the Spotify domains @spotify.com or @alerts.spotify.com are under Blocked senders in your mail app and if they are, make sure to remove them and instead add them in the safe senders and domains list.
