My Question or Issue

We are residents of the USA and that's where I setup my Premium account. Now we are travelling in Malaysia, we are all in the same house, and want to setup Premium for Family for my wife and two kids (12+). None of them have a Spotify account yet.

 

Sending the invite to my wife worked fine; she created her Spotify account using Facebook and was setup right away and is now part of our Spotify Family.

 

However, my kids (12+) don't have a Facebook account, so I created a login for them. Note that I am forced to use Malaysia as their country in their profile. But now I can't get through the address validation for the Family setup. I tried our address in the US and manually enter that for the kids and tried our address here in Malaysia, both manually entered, but both were not accepted. 

 

How can I add my kids (12+) to my Premium Family account while in Malaysia?
