one of the account in my family package can't access to spotify premium!

Hi Spotify,

 

This is the second time I file the same complain. One of the account on my family package can't access to premium spotify.

 

Please help to fix this! Or you can email me at *personal information removed*

Hey @mayshanms, thanks for reaching out!

 

To be eligible for Spotify Premium for Family, everyone from your Spotify Family must reside at the same address. Not to worry, they can still upgrade to 'regular' Spotify Premium here. If you believe they have been wrongly removed from your Spotify Family, feel free to give me a shout!

Yes, that person is living with me, she has been using my package plan for many months, until the past few months it was downgraded to non-premium. So, why did you send me the link to purchase Spotify Premium when we already did?
