My Question or Issue

 mi hermano fue quitado de el plan familiar, probablemente por que se equivoco al anotar la direccion sin embargo al volverlo a invitar para anotar la direccion correcta no me lo permite ¿alguna solucion?

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

##- no, im not using incognito mode, the only thing that comes out is that they can not process my solicitude, you see my problem is that my brother mistakenly put the wrong address (and his wife too) and they took it out of the family plan -##
