Hi!

 

I first have a question: one of my kids already has a premium (paid on my VISA) but I would like to create a family account for him and my other kids. Is it possible to switch without having to pay both plans during the first month (10€ + 15€ for the family)? What would be the best way to change?

 

Second issue, I can't register an account... when I try to do so I get a foreign language page (looks like Dutch). No way to change the country, even though I set the country to France, UK, etc on another page. I'm currently in Belgium but I don't speak Dutch (English would be preferred, or French).
