"Accept Invite" is ignored

1. I had my original Spotify individual account.
2. I upgraded to Premium for Family today.
3. I sent an invite to my husband
4. He received the invite, with invite code and "Accept Invitation" button, via email.
5. When he clicked "Accept Invite", he was taken to my account, displaying the "Subscription and Payment" page.
6. Clicking on "Manage Your Family Accounts" shows the invite still in "Invite Pending" mode.

Shouldn't he get a page that prompts for the invite code???

By the way, if I delete all the cookies from my browser, then #5, "Accept Invite", results in being taken to a generic login page

Hey @Sassyredhead39,

you should open the windows with cleared cookies, like you said and then your husband has to log in at the log in screen.

Then a pre-filled token should appear and he has to fill in his information.

After this he should be a member of your Family plan.

The account confimation message took a while to make it to my email. 

Once it arrived and I confirmed, then I was able to clear cookies and respond to the invite.  The resulting invite screen did not have anything pre-populated, which made me nervous, but I entered by email id and chose a password on the Signup screen.  That took me to the "Congratulations! You are about to join the family plan of xxxxxx".

That worked fine, and it looks like I am in.

However, the userid generated for me is a long, ugly alphanumeric.  Embarrassingly bad design..... but hopefully I will never have to use it.

Hi

i have the same problem. And when i clear my coockies and open the inviting Page i just get the normal registration Page. 

The Profile is registrated by my wife and her EMail adress but it is not possible to invite me. 

I get the inviting Mail but when i use the link nothing happen.
