spotify changes music randomly, helps!

Hello, when I want to listen to a song, it automatically changes to another song that I do not even have in my library or playlist, for example, I put a song by any artist and in about 30 seconds it changes to a random song and in the row there is more music than I heard. I tried to uninstall spotify and it did not work either, install it on my phone and the same thing happens, help me (I'm a premium user)
