spotify doesn't recognise particular family accounts, so i can't remove and replace members

i want to remove one member and add another on my family account, but since all 6 accounts are "active", and <null, undefined> I can't do this operation. It's like russian roulette on my accounts 🙂 . someone has the same problem and the solution? thanks
