Superuser Contribution spotify doesn't recognise particular family accounts, so i can't remove and replace members

i want to remove one member and add another on my family account, but since all 6 accounts are "active", and I can't do this operation. It's like russian roulette on my accounts . someone has the same problem and the solution? thanks

Address and Members of family not displayed

I cannot see my adress and I who is part of my subscription plan. My account name in the top is also diplayed as a bunch of symbols (most likely my id tag or something simillar)
