My Question or Issue

Family premium plan. I am a member. Son is manager. Neither he nor I can access my account when I switched phones. All other apps switched without issue except spotify.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You'll need to log into the account that you used to accept the Premium Family invite. This article explains how to find accounts: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961.
