unable to accept invite for family premium

i invited my son's email add, he received the email sent, but when we click on the link to join the premium for family, it wont allow . it says that the account is already join with a premium family.how can we verify that? i already open his spotify and is under a free trial 7 days subscription. thanks

Your son's account should be able to join the plan, so let's make sure he's logging in with his own account before accepting the plan invite.

If the error goes on and he can't join, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take a closer look at the account and help you out.
