why doesnt my girlfriend get family invite

why doesnt she get my family invite when i send it. we have check junkmail and inbox..

we live in the same house.

Thank you for posting here for help. Don't worry, the steps below should help:

1. Make sure the email address the invite is being sent to matches the email address on your girlfriend's account

2. Ask your girlfriend to check their junk and spam

3. Make sure the email address is being entered in lowercase characters

4. If she still isn’t receiving the invite email, send a new invite.
