My Question or Issue
Spotify öğrenci planımı kullanmaya devam ediyordum, bir sorun yoktu ama ödeme bilgilerimi güncelleyip başka bir kartla ödeme girince artık 17,99 planına geçildi ve öğrenciye geri dönemiyorum. Öğrenci belgem olmasına rağmen "Bu teklifi daha önce kullandın" hatasıyla karşılaşıyorum. Ne yapmam gerekiyor?

We recommend that you try to re-subscribe to Premium with the student discount here, but this time give it a go with a private or incognito browser. Sometimes your cache and cookies can cause such issues and this is a simple way to avoid them.
Keep in mind that you can make use of this offer for a maximum of 4 years. It's a good idea to also check for possible secondary account, where you might have already activated the offer. This Spotify Answer has instructions on how to do so.
Another thing we suggest checking is the spam and junk folders of your inbox just in case the mail you've received got filtered.
If afterwards the problem persists, you can contact our Partner SheerID here and ask them to send you another verification link.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.
If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with an activation link. You can get this error message if you try to reapply for the discount.
As @cememre67 mentioned it's a good idea to also check your Spam and Junk folders for the email.
The link is valid for 7 days. In case the link is no longer active or you can't find the email, we'd suggest you contact SheerID. The folks there should be able to send you a new activation link.

If you see the error message discussed in this thread, it means SheerID has already handled your student verification request and has sent you an email with a link. If you cant find the link even in your spam folder, contact SheerID directly to get a new email. Here is how to do it.

Merhaba eski hesabımda öğrenci planı kullanıyordum. O hesabımı sildim yeni hesap açarken öğrenci doğrulama ekranında “Hevesli olmanız bizi mutlu ediyor ancak görünüşe göre bu teklifi daha önce kullandınız veya kullanmaya çalıştınız.” Hatası alıyorum bu konuda yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

Welcome to the thread!
If you've already redeemed the student discount on your closed account, you won't be able to redeem it on another one, as it's already linked to the old one. However, after you close your account, we email you a link which you can use to reactivate it within 7 days.
With this said, you can check this email and follow the instructions in it. After that, you can reach out directly to Customer Support that can take a look at the accounts backstage and help you with the discount. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
