Unable to get the benefits of Student Premium

Unable to get the benefits of Student Premium

My current plan states that I'm on Free Plan but Spotify keeps deducting money that amounts to the total of the student's plan.

 

I tried logging in with my school email(outlook) but with no luck. I don't see any email from Spotify on my school email

Because I haven't been getting any premium benefits I want to stop the Spotify from deducting money on my account. However I'm still considering subscribing only if I can get the benefits of using the student plan

It sounds like you might have another account that's being charged. We'd first recommend checking if you have another Spotify account by following the steps here.

 

If you can't find the account you're paying for, you can reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check the payments you've received and provide further help if possible.
