We (me and my husband) share his Spotify account as we mainly use it the house. 

He claimed student discount which has now expired. 

When I became a student this year after his student premium has expired he tried to register my student details. This just didn’t seem to work with sheer ID crashing quite a lot.

so he created a new account for me and tried again. Now sheer ID is saying we’ve already redeemed against my student email addresss. But neither account has premium student with headspace which is what we want. 

 

Does anyone one know how we can resolve this situation?

No worries - the best thing to do in this case is to reach out to our Customer Support team here, who will be able to locate the account on which the student discount has been applied using your SheerID Student Discount Credentials.
