Android Log in issues

Hi, I have an issue with my account. I can't seem to log into my account on my Android phone. It always returns an error message "An error occurred" or "I'm offline". At the moment, I can only log in using my laptop, which doesn't give me mobility. What's the remedy?

It happened to me too, I've tried changing my password but i still can't log in on my phone, only on my browser

First up, we suggest that you try performing a clean reinstall of the app on your phones by following these specific steps. 

If the issue persists after the clean reinstall: 

@Gozirim, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference? If the same happens while using a different internet connection, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your phone to see if they can replicate this behavior with their own account?

@Arepita, could you let us know if you have Premium or are you using the free service? Additionally, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting when trying to log in to your account on your phone? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
