App shows the wrong price for plan

App shows the wrong price for plan

I have changed my plan to a student plan. When I sign in via my computer it says I will be charged the correct price next month (£5.99) but the app on my phone still says I am going to be charged the old price (£11.99). How can I get this updated? I'm concerned I'm going to be charged incorrectly.

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

If you changed your subscription recently, it's possible it needs some time to be reflected in the app. We'd suggest waiting at least 24 hours to see if it updates correctly. 

 

In case it doesn't, you can always reach out to our Support team for them to check your account.
