Applied for Canadian student discount and still being charged full premium price

Hey!

I applied for the canadian $4.99 student discount about 6 or 7 weeks ago, and i was aware the SheerID verification process could take up to 28 days. I am still getting charged the $9.99 for the last couple of cycles and have yet to recieve a confirmation email about getting accepted to student premium. My university was listed and i submitted the files i needed in order to qualify. I tried to reapply for the discount in case my previous attempt failed, however when i tried to apply, it came up sayong "you have already redeemed this offer" - just wondering if the verification process has been this long for anyone else?!
