Assinatura duplicada

Assinatura duplicada

Gente por favor me ajudem, fui fazer assinatura do plano universitario como nao localizei minha universidade nao conclui, mesmo assim cobrou duas vezes no meu cartao sem falar que nao sei como esta cadastrado um e-mail de Facebook que nem uso mais e continuo usando o plano gratuito nao consigo ao menos cancelar essa assinatura me ajudem nao sei o q fazer.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

First, please check the status of your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  • If your subscription shows as Premium, your student subscription is active. No worries, you can follow these steps to cancel.
  • If your subscription shows as Free, this account is not being charged. Find other accounts you may have subscribed with. Further, we'd suggest checking the status of your Spotify payment in your bank statement. If it's marked as 'pending', it might not have gone through successfully. For more information, check out payment troubleshooting.

 

Keep in mind that a pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company's authorization process. When you submit a payment, your bank or credit card places a temporary authorization on the funds.

 

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, we'd suggest contacting your bank/credit card company directly.

Quando não é possível verificar sua condição de estudante, nenhum valor é de fato debitado.

 

Assim que o banco receber uma confirmação de que não foi possível verificar sua credencial de estudante, será feito o reembolso da cobrança. Esse processo pode levar alguns dias, dependendo do seu banco.
