My Question or Issue

I wanted to take up a Spotify premium subscription but after entering my card details and the OTP, I got a message from my bank saying that it has been debited but in Spotify it shows "something went wrong, try again or get help" I tried it twice soy account has been charged 59rs twice with no premium membership

There's an ongoing issue regarding payments not going through or Premium plan not activating for subscribers in India. 

Please, make sure to add your +VOTE there and subscribe to the topic. That way you'll be notified with all the future updates on that case. 

 

Also, I'd recommend deleting the second screenshot since it contains sensitive info.
