Being charged for both non-student and student accounts

Being charged for both non-student and student accounts

Hi,

 

I had an regular account with the Headspace bundle, but after changing over to a student account, I'm now being charged for both Spotify Premium + Headspace, and a normal student account. I didn't reliase, but this has been the case since July. How can I get refunded? 


EDIT: My account subscription page also only shows the Student plan.
