My Question or Issue

Hi,

I noticed that I never got the reduced student price billed since I registered in august 2018. I'm sure I finished the further activation process and that it was activated, so I never looked at it again. But now I noticed that it didn't work out and I got billed the normal price since ever. What's the issue? And how can we solve this?

In order to fully activate the Premium for Students subscription i recommend you first read the terms and conditions here.

 

In addition, check out this help page and follow the steps mentioned on it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I followed all the steps already and I am a verified student (terms and conditions). The problem is that the activation process apparently didn't work as expected at that moment back then. Now I've lost a half year of student discount because of this. And I'm displeased that Spotify doesn't offer a direct support about billing issues and we have to go over the "community".

However, I activated again. Let's see how it works now.
