Bought Student Discount, got charged but did not upgrade.

Im sure this has been asked before but can some one help me?

It says in my bank that i was charged for it.

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the funds are put on hold waiting for the authorization to complete the purchase.

If you didn't receive the email confirmation for the student discount with the "Complete purchase" button, the funds should automatically go back to your bank account.

We suggest contacting your bank for more information on these pending transactions.
