Bought premium for students but my account doesn't recognize it

Bought premium for students but my account doesn't recognize it

This morning I bought Spotify for students, when I log into my account I still have the premium button and everything works as if I didn't have a premium account. What's going on?

Hey @demaseme, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

I moved your message to the correct help board in case others have the same issue. 

In this case, could you make sure that you are on the right account? If those are correct, could you try a quick log out/in? 

 

If that doesn't help, try using a Premium feature (offline mode, skip music) to see if those work. If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend checking out this support article for more info and the next steps to take.

Did not work. Many of us have the same problem. It is unacceptable to pay for an unusable service.
