Can't Use Student Discount

Hi, my student account has been verified and I've been offered the student discount. However, when I go to switch my plan from family to student in my account page, I get a page that looks like I should be able to press a button to activate it but there isn't any. I tried on my phone and another browser and get the same problem. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Can you try from an incognito/private window to see if the issue persist?

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try from a different device?

Thanks for the reply.

Can you let us know what status you see on your Account page? Does it still say that you're in the Premium Family? If so try to cancel that subscription and subscribe for Premium for Students after that.
