Can't access my student discount (Unidays)

When I try to redeem my discount through unidays this is the message I get.

I have had 2 accounts as I forgot how to get into one at some point, however, it gives me this message on both accounts so I don't know what to do.

The message says "Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account." 

Is there anyway I can have this rectified?

In this case, I suggest you reach out to our team via Twitter or Facebook with the  account info for both of your accounts.

They'll definitely be able to help.
