My Question or Issue
On my account overview it says I have the student plan and I paid for it, but when I open the app on my phone or computer it says I have the free version. I also am not sure how to verify my hulu and showtime accounts.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
Most likely you have 2 accounts - one on free and on on Premium Student.
We'd recommend checking the username and email address you've entered on your account overview page > log out of the app where it says you're on free > log back in with the email address from the page which says you have Premium.
Regarding the Hulu and Showtime membership - you can follow the instructions here to activate the services.

It's a good idea to restart the devices. Then you can log out and log back in to the app with the email address from the account overview page.

That's weird. It really looks like you're logged in in a different account without a subscription. In this case, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look at your account backstage and help you log in to your Premium account, or check exactly what might be happening.
