Can't link Hulu to spotify, says I already have account but I never recieve password reset emails

I am having issues  with the premius for students. I cannot link my Spotify account to Hulu. Whenver I go to activate my account I have issues. If select "I'm new to Hulu" I am told I already have an account and need to log in. When I try to log in I am told my password is incorrect even after trying every password I can think. When I try to recover my password I never receive a password reset email (YES I CHECKED MY SPAM FOLDER).

In addition to what @Loxer said, i recommend reaching to the Hulu support team through this form and have them give you another angle on the issue you're having.
