Can't play any podcasts on ipad pro or android, I've reinstalled many times

My Question or Issue

On both of my devices I can't play any podcasts, when I search for them nothing shows up and if I can it just does nothing and goes back to the home screen (one plus 6) or it gives me an error saying Spotify can't open these links (ipad pro). I've reinstalled many times and I even changed countries for my subscription when I moved country for university.

Can you have someone log in with their account on one of the devices - such as a friend or a family member to see if the issue persists? If you can't have someone log in with their account, can you create a new account here? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

Also, if you're using a VPN we suggest that you disable it since Spotify don't officially support VPN.
